When you request a quote or contact IDALITE, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, property address, and project details. We may also receive basic technical information generated when you visit the website, such as browser, device, and usage information.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare same-day quotes, schedule and provide services, communicate about your project, support installed systems, improve the website, and meet legal or business obligations.

How information may be shared

Information may be shared with service providers that help us operate the website, communicate with customers, or deliver contracted services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not publish customer project information without appropriate permission. Mobile phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared, as described below.

Text messages (SMS)

Idalite Lighting sends text messages only to customers who opt in by checking the text-message consent box on our website quote request form. The box is optional and unchecked by default, and consent is not a condition of purchase. If you opt in, you receive texts about your quote request, such as a link to view your quote and reminders that your quote is ready for review. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and you will receive no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 208-650-8488 or idaliteidaho@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep a record of your opt-in (the phone number, the date and time, and the page where you agreed) as proof of consent. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the messaging providers that deliver our texts on our behalf.
