About these terms

These terms govern your use of the IDALITE website and inquiries for our lighting services. By using this website or submitting a request, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and project details

Website requests are not binding contracts. We provide same-day quotes based on the information available to us. Final pricing, scope, product selection, scheduling, payment terms, and site requirements will be confirmed in a written proposal or service agreement.

Services and scheduling

IDALITE provides permanent, holiday and Christmas, landscape, and security lighting for residential and commercial properties across Magic Valley and Treasure Valley, Idaho. Scheduling may depend on weather, property access, product availability, and other conditions described in your proposal.

SMS Terms

Program. Idalite Lighting quote notifications. When you check the text-message consent box on our website quote request form, you agree to receive text messages from Idalite Lighting about your quote request, including quote links and reminders, at the phone number you provided. Checking the box is optional and is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your quote. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt out and help. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at +1 208-650-8488 or idaliteidaho@gmail.com.

Other details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not use this program for marketing or promotional texts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your phone number and consent.

Warranty coverage

The IDALITE lighting system includes a 20-year warranty on IDALITE LEDs, controllers, and power supplies, plus a 5-year labor warranty. Complete coverage, exclusions, transferability, and claim procedures will be stated in the applicable written warranty and service agreement.

We work to keep this website accurate, but photos, colors, examples, availability, and descriptions may change. Website content is general information and does not replace the specifications in your written proposal.

Intellectual property

The IDALITE name, website copy, graphics, photographs, and other site materials may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without written permission.
